Planning Phase
A Planning Panel was appointed by the Minister for Planning to hear submissions in relation to the Planning Application for the Oaklands Hill Wind Farm. The hearing was held in December 2007 and January 2008 at the Royal Mail Hotel, Dunkeld.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Panel begun preparation of a report for the Minister to make a recommendation regarding the approval of the project. This report is now complete but has not yet been released into the public domain. The Minister is expected to make a decision regarding planning approval by October 2008.
